We work in three fields that meet in the life of every business anyway: tax, law and accounting.
Few matters belong to only one of them. A contract has tax consequences, a tax decision has to be reflected in the books, and the books are the first thing the tax office asks for. That is why we look at the whole picture and give one consistent answer – instead of several opinions you then have to reconcile yourself.
We help with everyday matters and with those that come up only once in a long while. In Poland and, where needed, wherever a business’s interests extend beyond the country’s borders.
How we work
First we listen, then we advise
We always begin with a conversation. We want to understand how your business works, what matters to it and what is changing right now. Only then do we turn to the law.
You get the answer in plain language: what we propose, why, and what each option involves. We also say plainly when something is not worth doing. The decision is always yours – our role is to make sure it is well prepared.
We don’t stop at advice. We help put the solution into practice, handle matters day to day and stay with them when things get harder – for example, when the tax office starts asking questions.
