We help businesses in preliminary checks, in tax audits and in the tax proceedings that follow them. We read the letters, work out the deadlines, gather the documents and prepare explanations. We attend the tax office’s procedures with you, so that the business does not have to face them alone.
We start every matter with the facts: what happened, what the documents show and what exactly the tax office is asking. Only then do we build the arguments. We say plainly where the business’s position is strong and where it is weaker – and what each path involves.
From the first letter to the end of the matter
A dispute with the tax authorities has its stages: the audit, the proceedings, the decision, the appeal and sometimes the court. At each of them we prepare the position and the documents and handle the matter on the business’s side.
Not every dispute is worth pursuing to the end. So at each stage we do the sums again: what can be gained, what can be lost and how long it will take. We describe the next steps on the Tax audits and disputes page.
