How we help
We keep the accounting records and look after tax returns, payroll and HR administration. We prepare financial statements and reports for the management board, the owners and the bank. At the start we agree a simple document flow and deadlines, so that both sides know what to expect.
Good books are more than an obligation. They show where the business makes money, where costs are rising and how much cash will be needed in the coming months. So besides tax returns and financial statements, you get figures you can use when making decisions.
Accounting alongside tax and law
Many tax questions start in the books: how to record an unusual invoice, when to recognise revenue, what to do with the costs of a new investment. Here, the person keeping the books does not have to guess – they ask a colleague from tax or contracts who works alongside them. The answer goes into the books straight away, not after an audit.
You can also hand your accounting over to us mid-year. We take over the documents, check the balances and clear any backlog, while your tax and payroll carry on without a break. We describe this on the Changing accountants mid-year page.
